Bliss Cruise Price Increase - 2019 Charters
Price Increase Advisory
Celebrity Infinity * April 8 - 13, 2019
Navigator of the Seas * Nov. 8 - 15, 2019

The Celebrity Infinity sailing on April 8 - 13, 2019 only has 200 cabins remaining. At this time, all passengers are urged to make arrangements or you will not have an opportunity to join us.

As predicted, the spring Bliss Infinity cruise has become the fastest reserving charter in Bliss Cruise history. Due to its hardcore, supercharged party vibe and energetic passenger base, this cruise is recommended for couples who "cut to the chase" and like to play. The Infinity charter reservations are selling at an even faster pace than the sold out November cruise on board the Independence of the Seas.

Please call Bliss Cruise or your Travel Agent for more details: 954-462-5477

**All these restaurants fill quickly, make your plans now.

Main Dining Hours & Seating

Main dining dinner hours are from 6pm - 10pm.

  • All guests should know that during the refit, Royal Caribbean added over 100 cabins to the ship, but did not add more dining space. This means an additional 200 people will be trying to get into the dining room.
  • In order to avoid larger crowds and longer waiting time, all guests should plan to arrive early to dinner between 6 and 7pm.
  • The dining room will start seating on Deck 3 Aft. When filled, all passengers on the line will be escorted to Deck 4 and Deck 5 seating.
  • Seating will be done per 2, 4, 6 with a maximum of 8 persons per table.

Drink Packages Available

Effective January 1, 2018, any guest wishing to purchase an alcoholic beverage package must do so for all guests in the same stateroom. At a meeting in RCI's Miami headquarters with Bliss Cruise, Royal's fleet-wide decision was due to passenger abuse of sharing drinks. So look on the bright side of things, at least we get to share each other...

Also settled in the Miami meeting, passengers should expect an increase in bartenders, bar operational hours, and other services mandated by Bliss Cruise to meet excellence standards and the itinerary of our onboard lifestyle program. See below for package pricing:

  • Deluxe Package: $69 per person/per day + Gratuity
  • Refreshment Package (Non-Alcoholic): $29 per person/per day + Gratuity
  • Wine Packages: We have put together a large selection of red, white and sparkling wine offerings, so now you can take advantage of a 7 or 10 bottle wine package for just $28 per bottle plus gratuity. This is an incredible value.

Luggage tags are available to order 48 days prior to the cruise.

Packing For Your Cruise

There is a planned U.S. Customs inspection of the Independence of the Seas on Nov. 11 because this is the first day the ship returns from Europe to the continental USA. The screening of luggage and content going onto the ship will receive extra scrutiny.

Weapons, illegal drugs, and other items that could interfere with the safe operation of the ship or the safe and secure environment of our guests and crew are prohibited. The following are examples of items that guests are not allowed to bring onboard. These and other similar items will be confiscated upon being found. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives, and dangerous chemicals will not be returned. All passengers are urged to adhere to the following Prohibited Items list and make sure none of the listed items are in your luggage:

  • Firearms & Ammunition: including realistic replicas commonly seen in the BDSM community
  • Sharp Objects: including all knives and scissors. (Note: Personal grooming items such as safety razors are allowed. Scissors with blade length less than 4 inches are allowed.)
  • Illegal Drugs & Substances: This includes marijuana
  • Candles, Incense, Coffee Makers, Clothes Irons, Travel Steamers & Hot Plates: Items that generate heat or produce an open flame. This includes heating pads, clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense and any other item that may create a fire hazard. Note: The only exception to this policy are curling irons and hair straighteners. Matches and normal lighters are allowed onboard. However, "torch lighters" and novelty lighters that look like guns are not allowed onboard. Torch lighters emit a powerful concentrated flame and therefore are prohibited.
  • Baseball Bats, Hockey Sticks, Cricket Bats, Bows & Arrows
  • Skateboards & Surfboards
  • Martial Arts Gear
  • Self-Defense Gear: including handcuffs, pepper spray, night sticks, as well as plastic replicas of such items
  • Flammable Liquids and Explosives: including lighter fluid and fireworks
  • Hookahs & Water Hookah Pipes
  • HAM Radios
  • Electrical Extension Cords
  • Dangerous Chemicals: including bleach and paint
  • Alcoholic Beverages: Note: Guests are allowed to bring 2 bottles of wine. Alcoholic beverages that are purchased in ports-of-call or from shops onboard will be stored by the ship and delivered to you on the last day of the sailing. Alcoholic beverages seized on embarkation day will not be returned.

When to Arrive in Port

November 11th is our first turnaround day in the U.S., meaning the first sailing of the season from South Florida. The Independence of the Seas may experience some delays with boarding time as many guests returning are from Europe. Also, we may see some inspections (Coast Guard, USPH, etc.) during the day that may interrupt the flow/passenger loading.

If you arrive too early, you will experience a long wait in the terminal. It's best in this circumstance to arrive into the port after 12 noon.

Bliss Cruise Help Desk

The Bliss Cruise Help Desk will be located at the Future Cruise office located next to Cafe Promenade on Deck 5. Check your cruise Compass for daily hours of operation.

Please call Bliss Cruise or your Travel Agent for more details: 954-462-5477

Finalize Your Theme Wear

You just can't have a lifestyle cruise without having a theme for each night. Let your imagination run wild when planning costumes. It's not required that you dress in theme but it can add some extra fun to the evening. See above for themes on the November 2018 Independence Cruise so you can start shopping and be prepared when it comes time to pack.

Did you know? Couples who dress in theme are more likely to connect with other couples compared to passengers who do not participate.

The Official Theme Rotation is listed below:

  • Day 1 - Pirates & Wenches
  • Day 2 - Diamonds & Pearls
  • Day 3 - Glow Night
  • Day 4 - School House Rock: A special Royal Caribbean presentation of the onboard ship production called Grease will be held. The first show will begin at 7:30pm...perfect for all couples dining early. A 10pm edition works for couples dining later. It's strongly suggested to get to the early presentation to avoid limited seating during the late show.
  • Day 5 - Caribbean Kink
  • Day 6 - Lady in Red

Join Team Bliss

Throughout the ship are dedicated team members of Bliss Cruise wearing blue and yellow shirts. Blue shirts are our host couples: very interactive passengers hosting meet n' greets and advising guests on the operational procedures of each playroom. Yellow shirts are the security team keeping passengers safe and adhering to ship regulations.

Many passengers express interest in becoming a future team member. As a policy, preference is given (on future cruises) to customers who volunteered for a few hours during activities and other behind-the-scenes matters. Volunteering gives guests a snapshot of the operational side to determine if a future team commitment is right for them.

If you would like to experience being part of Team Bliss, please send an email explaining why you should be placed on the team to Janis@BlissCruise.com.
