Bliss Cruise Guest Conduct, Behavior and Courtesy

You are about to embark on a special cruise and hopefully, a magical vacation.  You will be surrounded by like-minded people who may be members of the “lifestyle”; those who enjoy social nudism, exhibitionists or voyeurs, or someone just looking for a unique vacation.  Regardless of the potential for a sexually-charged atmosphere or a feeling of freedom that no other cruise can provide, there are still rules and regulations which you must follow, so that all can enjoy the cruise.  You must be over 21 and have read and signed this form prior to you being allowed on the ship.

  • As a cruise ship, the Captain and his crew have ultimate authority.  You must follow every rule and direction given by the crew of the ship.  The same goes as far as Bliss staff and security.  Failure to follow the rules set forth herein and those given by the ship’s crew or Bliss staff, can result in your being confined to your cabin, put in the ship’s brig, and/or a removal from the ship at the next Port of Call.  You will not be entitled to any refund.
  • Although there are areas of the ship where topless nudity and nudity are allowed, and other areas where “swinging activity” may take place, common courtesy and respect must always be part of your behavior and dealings with others.  The following rules must be followed, and if not, may subject the violator, to cabin confinement, the brig, and/or being removed from the ship at the next Port of Call, without refund.
    • No means no.  Although all rules must be followed, the one that must be adhered to without exception is that no means no.  “No” does not mean try later; I’ll think about it; pursue me harder; or maybe.  One “no” is sufficient.
    • Nudity or topless nudity are only permitted in special designated areas of the ship.  Outside decks, playrooms and the sauna are places where total nudity is allowed.  Topless nudity is permitted at the disco.  The elevators are not a place for nudity or topless nudity.  Should at any time a member of the crew or staff, at their discretion,  determine that the clothing attire is not sufficient and therefore the person is either nude or topless, the passenger must cover up immediately with no debate.
    • Sexual activity can occur in private cabins or in designated “play” areas on the ship.  No sexual activity shall occur any other place on the ship.
    • Prostitution is generally defined as “sexual activity for payment”.  Prostitution is prohibited.  No passenger may pay or accept payment from another payment for any sexual activity.  Along these lines, entertainment is provided by the cruise and Bliss.  No guest may pay or receive payment from another guest for any type of entertainment.  (Payment is not soley money.  It is anything of the slightest value.)
    • Fighting, violence or the threat of violence, towards another person while on the ship will not be tolerated.  Any and all participants in any acts of violence or threats of the same are subject to the penalties noted above, including removal from the ship and no compensation.  The proper recourse for any violence or threats of the same is not to engage in any physical confrontation, but to inform the staff, security or the crew.  Again, violence will not be tolerated.
    • No illegal drugs, as defined by the United States Code, including medical marijuana is permitted on the ship.  Possession of the same will prevent you from the initial boarding of the ship and if discovered at a later time, removal from the ship, without compensation.
    • Over indulgence of adult beverages or intoxication that is disruptive to other guests can lead to your confinement to your cabin.  Repeated disruptive intoxication may lead to removal from the ship at the next Port of Call, without compensation.
    • There are designated areas throughout the ship for smoking.  Neither your cabin nor your balcony is such a designated area.  Should you smoke in your cabin or your balcony, you will receive one warning.  A fine of $250.00 will be charged for each repeat offense.
