Reservation & Outbound Sales Associate + On-Cruise Sales (Bliss Cruise)

Bliss Cruise—the world’s largest adults-only lifestyle cruise charter—is expanding our sales team! We’re seeking an energetic, outgoing Reservation & Outbound Sales Associate who will not only help guests from our office but will also work onboard our cruises selling future sailings. This is a sales-first role with significant interaction with lifestyle-friendly travelers.
Your Main Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales (Primary Duty)
- Call, text, and email warm leads from:
- Newsletter signups o Facebook groups
- TikTok & Instagram marketing
- Reddit communities
- Bliss-sponsored events
- Past guest lists
- Follow up on incomplete bookings and warm inquiries.
- Reach out to returning cruisers and encourage re-bookings.
- Find new potential guests on travel & lifestyle forums.
2. On-Cruise Sales Desk (Major Role)
- You will sail on every Bliss Cruise and work the onboard Bliss Sales Desk all week.
- Sell future Bliss Cruises directly onboard.
- Help guests select cabins and secure early discounts.
- Represent Bliss professionally throughout the sailing.
- Wear Bliss-branded apparel while on duty.
- Enjoy your own cabin (with optional travel partner rooming).
3. Inbound Support (Secondary Role)
- Help with reservation calls when needed.
- Answer questions about the Bliss experience, cabins, pricing, and expectations.
- Guide new guests through RezMagic bookings.
Requirements
- Must LOVE making outbound calls and talking to people.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing lifestyle-friendly topics professionally.
- Must be able to travel for every Bliss Cruise (cabin provided).
- Onsite work required in Fort Lauderdale during non-cruise weeks.
- Spanish-speaking a major plus.
